On July 24, the Suzhou Municipal People's Government issued the Work Opinion of the Municipal Government on Further Perfecting the Steady and Healthy Development of the Real Estate Market in our city (hereinafter referred to as the Work Opinion), which proposed to expand the implementation scope of housing restriction transfer. Measures to restrict the transfer of newly-built commercial housing and second-hand housing in urban areas of Suzhou shall be implemented. The Opinions on Work came into effect on July 25, 2019.
